2 (or more) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
15.5 oz jar of Tostitos, choose mild, medium or hot. I like medium! Keep in mind that if you're using more than 2 chicken breasts you may want to buy a bigger jar of salsa.
Salt & Pepper
Salt & pepper the raw chicken beats and put them in the slow cooker with 1/2 cup water for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Pour the whole jar of salsa on top of the cooked chicken. Use two forks to shred the cooked chicken breasts.
Cook your yellow rice using instructions on the box/bag.
Top your rice with the salsa chicken and top your chicken with shredded cheese and sour cream. ENJOY!! ps: makes for great leftovers too!
You could also use everything included for some delish tacos too! Just grab some soft or hard shell tacos! :)
