This is a weekly meal in my house! Another quick, inexpensive option that's yummy, filling and makes for great second day leftovers!
Your choice of veggies!
broccoli and carrots (I grab the premixed bags in the produce section)
water chestnuts (canned)
chop all of your veggies aand add to a large skillet
1 pack of ground turkey
soy sauce light sodium
chop all of your veggies and garlic and add to a large skillet with a drizzle of olive oil- medium heat
cook your ground turkey in a separate skillet and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder until browned
combine your ground turkey and veggies and dash with soy sauce and sesame seeds... done!
If I happen to have some handy, I'll serve it all over brown rice. My favorite is the microwavable bags from trader joes!
