3 ingredient crockpot masala chicken with rice

SOOO easy. SOOOO yummy.


You'll need...

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or more based on how many you're feeding. 2 feeds 2 1/2.)

Brown Rice

Masala Simmer Sauce (I use the one from Trader Joe's)


Place raw chicken breasts with 1/2 cup water into slow cooker. 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high.

Cook rice using instructions on packaging.

Pour the entire jar of simmer sauce over cooked chicken.

Serve over brown rice.



YEP. THAT EASY.
